Inclusive Tech World Facilitates Diversity and Inclusion Training with Lesotho Scouts Association 

On 23 May 2026, Inclusive Tech World had the honour of being invited by the Lesotho Scouts Association to facilitate a training session focused on Diversity and Inclusion.

The engagement provided an important opportunity to connect with young leaders and changemakers and to explore the importance of building communities where every individual is valued, respected, and empowered to participate fully.

Promoting Understanding Through Dialogue

The training created space for meaningful engagement around diversity and inclusion, highlighting the importance of recognising and respecting differences within our communities.

For Inclusive Tech World, conversations such as these are an important part of advancing inclusion. Creating inclusive communities requires more than awareness—it requires people and institutions to understand the barriers that can prevent individuals from participating and to take deliberate steps to address them.

Through dialogue and shared learning, participants were encouraged to consider how they can contribute to environments where diversity is respected and everyone has an opportunity to participate.

Empowering Young Leaders for Inclusive Communities

Young people have an important role to play in shaping the communities of today and tomorrow. Engaging young leaders and changemakers in conversations about diversity and inclusion helps strengthen their capacity to become advocates for more equitable and welcoming communities.

The session with the Lesotho Scouts Association provided an opportunity to reflect on how inclusion can become part of everyday interactions, leadership, and community engagement.
